Ritelite’s SPORTS–LITE training kits offer running clubs an affordable solution for winter training. Silent operation, no trailing cables, battery powered. Lights can be set up anywhere, on all types of surface, quickly and easily.

Using advanced optical lens design the Sports-LITE optimises all available light to maximise the useable light on the track whilst creating very low glare.

RECOMMENDED KIT SIZES

For minimised glare it is suggested that lights are set up as shown in the diagrams below with the lights pointing in the same direction so that runners run past the lights and have the track always illuminated in front of them.

The number of lights required depends on available budgets and level of training / competition. The below kit quantities are recommended as a guide.

We purchased a set of six portable Ritelite Sports-LITEs. They are top quality, neatly designed and easy to setup and takedown, they have made the world of difference to our winter training sessions.
Our 50 junior members would usually train in a sports hall over the darkest months, but coronavirus has made this impossible. With our portanle lights we can create a well lit grass track on any playing field, meaning their sessions now continue outdoors in a Covid-secure way.
Meaning, we're also using the lights for our adult winter speed ttraing sessions, making everything we do in summer possible all year round.
Instead of having to seek out places with tolerable streetlights, the portability of Ritelites together with the very even and far reaching spread of light means that any ground can now become a safe training ground, battery life is more than adequate for our sessions including warmup and warm down periods!
