1. Eligibility
   This offer is open to UK grassroots football clubs who have purchased or currently use Ritelite Sports-LITE training lights. Participants must be aged 18 or over and authorised to act on behalf of the club.
2. Offer Period
   This promotion runs until 15 December 2025. All submissions must be received by 23:59 on 15 December 2025 to qualify for the voucher.
3. Submission Requirements
   Participants must submit:
   • A minimum of 5 original photographs showing Sports-LITEs in use during a training session.
   • A written testimonial of at least 40–60 words describing their experience with the product.
   • Submissions must be provided in digital format.
4. Permissions and Consents
   Clubs must ensure all necessary permissions and consents have been obtained for any individuals identifiable in the submitted photographs or video, including parental or guardian consent for under-18s.
   Participants are required to complete Ritelite’s Digital Media Consent Form, available at:
   https://riteliteportablelighting.co.uk/digital-media-consent/
   before a voucher can be issued.
   By submitting materials, the club confirms that all stated consents are in place and that the content may be used by Ritelite for marketing purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
5. Rights Granted to Ritelite (Systems) Ltd
   By submitting photographs and/or a testimonial, the participant grants Ritelite (Systems) Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use the materials for marketing and promotional purposes.
   This includes use on websites, social media, print materials, exhibitions and advertising.
   The club retains ownership of the original images.
6. Quality of Submissions
   Photos must be clear, good quality and suitable for marketing use.
   Ritelite (Systems) Ltd reserves the right to reject submissions that do not meet these requirements or do not show the Sports-LITEs in use.
7. Voucher Issuing
   One £50 Amazon voucher will be issued per club once all required materials have been received, approved and the Digital Media Consent Form has been completed.
   Vouchers will be sent electronically to the email address provided within 14 days of approval.
   No cash alternative is available.
8. Offer Changes
   Ritelite (Systems) Ltd may amend, suspend or withdraw this offer at any time.
   Any club already confirmed as participating will still receive the voucher upon approved submission.
9. Data Protection
   Personal data will be processed in accordance with Ritelite’s Privacy Policy.
   Information will only be used for the administration of this offer and related communication unless otherwise agreed.
10. Governing Law
    The scheme and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
