K65 Sports Protection Pad Kits
Additional player protection when locating K65 on run off areas for sports applications with space restrictions. Lightweight, waterproof, polyester reinforced PVC flame retardant material with waterproof expanded PE foam. Quick and easy to install and remove. Can be retrofitted on existing K65 Sports Mobile Lighting Towers and compatible for use together with Quad Pod Cover.

It is possible for the Quad Pod K65 to be powered from multiple power sources including mains power, diesel generators or a Ritelite RITE-POWER battery powered generator. The Quad Pod K65 can be supplied with either a 110V or 240V input voltage plug depending on application. The closed dimensions of the Quad Pod K65 mobile lighting tower is 1.09M x 0.83M x 1.95M (L x W x H). This enables it to be able to be pushed through a standard size door for storage and moved to where it is needed for use over almost any terrain by hand. - How heavy is a Quad Pod K65?
The heaviest model of the K65 6.5M Quad Pod weighs 237kg. This weight is evenly distributed over wide rough terrain wheels to enable it to be easily manoeuvered over almost any terrain into the required position. Forklift lift points assist movement onto transport vehicles and a lifting eye is available for customers who wish to lift via crane or other machine. - How bright are the Quad Pod K65 lighting towers?

The Quad Pod K65 is safe to use in wind speeds up to 30mph. - Do we need planning permission to use the Quad Pod K65?
As the Quad Pod is a temporary lighting tower no planning permission is generally required, however care should be taken on setup to ensure the light does not dazzle road users or shine onto other buildings such as homes. - Can the Quad Pod run from a 110v supply?
The Quad Pod K65 mobile lighting tower has an input voltage range of 100-240V so will work fine with 110V circuits. Customers need to specify the type of connector you need when ordering so ensure site compatibility. - What does Beam Control mean?
Beam control refers to Ritelite’s unique lighting design ensuring that all the light that our products produce is directed towards the required playing or work surface rather than being lost into the sky or surrounding area in the most efficient way possible.
