1. The promoter is Ritelite Systems Ltd whose registered office is Meadow Park, Bourne Road, Essendine, Stamford PE9 4LT.
2. The applicant is the club who completes the online form claiming that they were recommended the Sports-LITE product by another club.
3. The recommending club is the club who made the recommendation about the sports-LITE product which has thus resulted in the applicant purchasing a Sports-LITE training kit.
4. The scheme is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Ritelite Systems Limited and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation.
5. By entering this scheme, the applicant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
6. The route to entry for the scheme is via riteliteportablelighting.co.uk/recommend
7. Details of how to enter the scheme will be emailed directly to customers who have purchased the Sports-LITE product.
8. The rules of the scheme are as follows: Recommend the Sports-LITE product to another club. Your recommended club (the applicant) simply needs to complete the form on riteliteportablelighting.co.uk/recommend at time of purchase.
9. Date of purchase for the applicant club must be within the last 180 days.
10. Payments will be made directly to both clubs within 30 days of the recommendation form being completed and / or the training kit delivered to the applicant.
11. This scheme is only available to clubs where both the recommending club and the applicant for this scheme have purchased 6 or more Sports-LITE’s from Ritelite and where payment has been made in full.
12.  The £100 payment will be made to the bank account requested by both clubs which will be confirmed by email with both the applicant and the recommending club.
13. By entering this scheme entrants agree to their photos & testimonials being used for marketing purposes by Ritelite Systems on the Ritelite websites, the Ritelite social media platforms and any other marketing material. Any personal data relating to any entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
14.  No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
15.  The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
16.  The scheme and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
