COVID-19 UPDATE – OPEN FOR BUSINESS

At Ritelite Systems, supporting customers whilst keeping our employees safe has always been our key ethos.

The COVID-19 situation, and now Lockdown brings lots of uncertainty to the business environment, we want to reassure all our customers that we are proactively maintaining a responsible and common-sense approach to business during this 3rd nationwide lockdown. We realise that multiple customers rely on continuity of supply of critical equipment.

Our dedicated production & sales teams are working hard to ensure all services continue as close to normal as possible.

There will be inevitable issues to be resolved over and above the normal, that is what we will do.

We continue following all the necessary hygiene and social distancing guidance provided by the government and WHO. We are rigorously risk assessing and monitoring our teams & activities to ensure they are robust in mitigating the risks & challenges we face. We have comprehensive plans in place to minimise transmission risks and to protect our employees.

We are liaising closely with our supply-chain to ensure continuance of supply and have increase our stock levels where possible as part of our continuity planning.

Thanks to our IT systems, we have been able to increase homeworking and communicate with both our supplier and customer networks remotely rather than face to face. All our team members can still be reached on their usual contact details.

We continue to monitor the situation and adapt our continuity planning accordingly. Through flexibility, partnership and communication we can continue to offer an effective service to our customers in the weeks and months ahead.
