Last week our team had a great evening delivering an order of Quad Pod K65 Mobile Lighting Towers to Epsom & Ewell Colts FC, a FA Charter Standard club and one of the largest grassroots clubs in Surrey.<\/p>\n

The club, which has been in existence since 1971, runs a mixture of boys & girls teams with over 1,100 registered players in 82 teams playing across various leagues over the weekend.
\n
\nAround 350 players from 35 teams train every week Monday to Thursday until 9pm at Nescot College grounds in Epsom.<\/p>\n

The club needed to expand their training area by up to 3 times the size and wanted flexibility in the solution they chose. They looked at purchasing the Quad Pod K65 mobile sports lighting towers because the light output was much better than other floodlights they had previously used with all the light hitting the playing surface evenly without the \u00abpools of light and darker areas\u00bb that is common with non beam controlled floodlights.<\/p>\n

With the help of Football Foundation funding the club managed to secure a grant to purchase 4 x Quad Pod K65 Lighting towers which will revolutionise their weekly training sessions. The compactness of the lights when in stowed form enables them to fit through a standard door which will allow the club to store them securely.<\/p>\n

\u00abBrett has been so helpful throughout the process with advice and guidance that it made purchasing our new lights very straightforward.\u00a0 They organised a demo (thanks for your help Connor) so we could see the lights in action before committing to the order and provided on-site training as part of the installation phase which was really useful.\u00a0 We have no hesitation in recommending both the K65 lights and Ritelite to other grassroots football clubs.\u00bb Julian Clogg, Commercial Director<\/p>\n

It was great to get the following feedback from the club in Winter 2025 after they have been using the K65’s for over a year.<\/p>\n

They provide exceptional, even illumination across the pitch with virtually no light spill, which has been a huge benefit for us and our numerous teams using them at the club.<\/p>\n

The towers are incredibly easy to set up and move, allowing one person to deploy them safely within minutes. Their efficiency has noticeably reduced our running costs, and the quality of light has significantly improved the training experience for all age groups.<\/p>\n

We couldn’t be happier with the performance, reliability, and overall value the K65 units have delivered.
